We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
  • Conduct test drives and negotiate terms for a seamless closing process
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork, collaborating with the finance department
  • Utilize various channels to generate leads and drive sales
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues for a cohesive work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of automotive financing options
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Valid OMVIC Automotive License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$156,000.00 per year
