About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at DPC Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. In this commission-paid position, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions
  • Develop and grow the Saputo business through new business acquisition and full-line selling
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to maximize opportunities and cost efficiencies
  • Initiate and evaluate business opportunities
  • Develop and implement a schedule for customer contact to capitalize on opportunities
  • Provide territory plans and reports with initiatives to acquire new or incremental business
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage Accounts Receivables within the designated territory
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with food service sales being an asset
  • Training and education in sales is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with leadership qualities
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Dependability and proficiency in current position
  • Valid driver's license
