Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Road Range carrier.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including managing office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
