Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Road Range carrier.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Collaboration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient and effective communication with the team.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
Language and Hours:
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
