Position Overview
We are seeking skilled BI specialists who are passionate about developing advanced solutions utilizing Cloud Architecture and Artificial Intelligence (AI) while making a significant impact in a rapidly expanding startup. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in organizing datasets, extracting valuable insights, and presenting them through insightful dashboards, contributing to our Software Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize datasets and extract valuable insights for effective visualization in dashboards.
- Identify correlations among various variables and timeframes to support executive decision-making.
- Empower clients to enhance their capabilities in conducting root cause analysis on underperforming KPIs.
- Collaborate with clients to define, document, and design impactful KPIs and dashboards aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Provide data requirements and specifications to the Delivery team.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analyses within the business's SQL databases and develop SQL scripts for data evaluation.
- Resolve data-related issues within the organization and propose solutions.
- Create KPIs and dashboards utilizing ElasticSearch, Kibana, Tableau, and/or PowerBI.
- Engage with team members during sprints.
- Champion quality throughout the delivery process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SnowFlake, Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Informatica and ETL tools is advantageous.
- Strong expertise in SQL language and query optimization.
- Solid understanding of BI principles, including decision-making DWH, Data Marts, and Data Lakes.
- Proactive in problem-solving, with a focus on initiative and innovation.
- Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
