Our comprehensive platform allows health plans to autonomously manage every facet of enrollment, provider engagement, data collection, coding, abstraction, reporting, and submissions. By utilizing proprietary technology, extensive data resources, and industry expertise, Reveleer delivers thorough record retrieval and review services, enabling health plans to effectively strategize and implement risk, quality, and member management programs for improved value and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities in Risk Adjustment Data:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis on data presented in tabular formats or natural language
- Independently identify issues, design solutions, and perform analyses
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and data engineers in an Agile, technology-focused environment
- Assist data scientists with in-depth data analysis
- Create internal data reports for various stakeholders
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment analytics
- Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in SQL with experience in querying large datasets
- Solid statistical skills for analyzing extensive data
- Experience in data wrangling and visualization techniques
- Aptitude for building trust with business stakeholders and effectively communicating insights
- Ability to convey analytical findings to diverse business stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Background in actuarial science
- Experience in generating automated reports
- Knowledge of ETL processes
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with processing JSON files
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Capability to design and optimize data models

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $140,000 annually
Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various US regions. Pay is determined by multiple factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
