About the Role
CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to join our team as a Data Expert. As a key member of our actuarial department, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data extraction codes to ensure seamless data flow to users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Participate in the development of the company's tariff architecture to maximize solution utilization and alignment with business needs.
- Communicate best practices in programming related to tariff logic to ensure uniformity across teams.
- Contribute to the deployment of our tariff solution and ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
- Demonstrated balance between business and technical skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and R programming languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and intermediate-level English skills.
