Your Role

As a Payroll Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. You will be responsible for compiling, entering, and verifying payroll data, maintaining payroll records, and generating reports. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Compile, enter, and verify payroll data with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive payroll records.
  • Process payroll transactions using established systems and procedures.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Generate payroll reports and provide insights as needed.
  • Serve as a resource for managers and employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications
  • College diploma in Accounting, Management, or Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of payroll administration principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
