Key Responsibilities:
  • **Content Creation:** Revise and enhance sales and marketing training resources, including manuals, guides, presentations, and online learning modules.
  • **Training Delivery:** Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for the Go-to-Market teams, concentrating on product insights, sales methodologies, marketing tactics, and industry best practices.
  • **Support Initiatives:** Collaborate with Revenue Enablement managers to assist the Top of Funnel and growth teams.
  • **Onboarding Programs:** Under the guidance of Revenue Enablement managers, implement the Everboarding program to address skills and knowledge gaps within the GTM team.
  • **Sales Coaching:** Offer personalized coaching and assistance to sales representatives to enhance their selling capabilities and achieve their individual goals.
  • **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategies, share market insights, and gather feedback for continuous improvement of training materials.
  • **Training Evaluation:** Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • **Utilization of Tools:** Leverage sales enablement and learning management systems to improve the training process and monitor progress.
  • **Channel Management:** Oversee the Onboarding & Everboarding Channels within the Content Management System.
  • **Market Awareness:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to ensure training content remains relevant and competitive.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or sales training roles.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital, or a Sales-related capacity.
  • Proven experience in developing high-quality content and managing training initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the technology/SaaS sector.
  • Understanding of B2B software sales methodologies.
  • Experience with sales tools (sales automation, CRM) is essential; familiarity with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong, and/or Hubspot is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.
