This role focuses on overseeing the daily operations and routine maintenance of our facilities. The position requires on-site presence during standard business hours.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager, you will:

  1. Guide and mentor the building operations team.
  2. Effectively manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent tasks.
  3. Evaluate operations to enhance energy efficiency and align with sustainability initiatives.
  4. Understand budget management and maintain operations within financial parameters.
  5. Contribute to the ESG team by exploring opportunities and collaborating on strategy development.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  1. A minimum of 8-10 years of comprehensive experience in building operations, ideally in commercial settings.
  2. Experience in supervising, scheduling, and training site personnel, including maintenance staff and security.
  3. A proven history of managing ESG programs and compliance reporting.
  4. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  5. Relevant certifications such as BES, SMT, HVAC technician, or equivalent are preferred.
Desirable Skills

Additional skills that would be beneficial include:

  1. Knowledge of Direct Digital Controls systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  2. Experience in preparing and managing property operations budgets.
  3. Familiarity with building and fire safety regulations.
  4. Proficiency in computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and mobile devices.
  5. Experience with property management software.
  6. Flexibility in working hours and responding to emergencies.
  7. A valid driver's license.
