Position Overview
We are looking for a competent Operations Supervisor to manage our daily activities. The Supervisor will be responsible for directing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining productivity. This position demands exceptional leadership capabilities and the aptitude to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and direct staff functions
  2. Provide training and guidance to team members
  3. Track inventory and manage supply orders
  4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  5. Enforce company policies and operational procedures
  6. Conduct staff performance reviews and offer constructive feedback

Required Skills

  1. Strong mathematical skills for managing inventory and payroll
  2. Familiarity with POS systems for sales and reporting
  3. Effective team leadership abilities to inspire and motivate staff
  4. Negotiation skills for vendor interactions and conflict resolution
  5. Prior supervisory experience is advantageous
  6. Outstanding leadership traits to drive team success
  7. Understanding of recruitment strategies to build a capable team
  8. Multilingual skills are beneficial for communicating with diverse groups

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $16.75-$20.74 per hour

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (preferred)

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Certifications:

  • Valid Driving License (preferred)
