We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 1649362 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment/condominium complex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to bend, crouch, and kneel
