Lead Marketing Operations Strategist

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing operations strategies in partnership with the marketing leadership to align with organizational objectives, boost brand visibility, and enhance customer acquisition and loyalty.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage the complete lifecycle of marketing initiatives, including email outreach, content development, social media engagement, SEO/SEM, events, and other promotional efforts, ensuring cohesive execution across various platforms.
- Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and create measurement frameworks to evaluate and interpret marketing campaign effectiveness, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for strategy enhancement.
- Automation Leadership: Spearhead the deployment and administration of marketing automation technologies such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytical tools to streamline operations, boost lead generation, and improve customer interaction.
- Process Enhancement: Regularly evaluate and refine marketing workflows, processes, and systems to elevate operational efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborative Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with essential stakeholders, including sales, product management, customer success, and finance, to synchronize marketing operations with broader business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure the judicious use of resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within the SaaS sector, with a proven record of success in planning, executing, and assessing marketing initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing automation systems, CRM tools, and analytical platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and their integration to enhance marketing operations. Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce is essential.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to extract insights from data, monitor performance metrics, and make informed decisions to refine marketing strategies.
- Outstanding project management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing marketing operations teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently across cross-functional teams and articulate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
