Lead Financial Strategist Position

The Lead Financial Strategist will be pivotal in enhancing the analytical framework for the Specialized Accounting division. The primary emphasis will be on comprehensive variance analysis, maintaining reporting standards, and fostering behavioral transformation within the organization through the adoption of a new ERP system. Furthermore, this role will be crucial in refining capital asset procedures to improve efficiency and user experience in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refine financial models and methodologies to facilitate monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Oversee a project aimed at overhauling capital asset procedures across the organization
  • Engage with teams to ascertain reporting requirements, develop reports, and deliver training
  • Drive continuous enhancements and supervise the work of accounting personnel
  • Guide junior team members and assist with accounting inquiries
  • Support internal and external audit processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • CPA certification is mandatory
  • A minimum of five years of financial expertise
