We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant and Service Specialist who excels in building relationships and providing exceptional support. In this role, you will be responsible for selling, installing, and offering after-sales service and repairs for our mobility and accessibility products.
Your Responsibilities- Client Engagement: You will engage with clients, healthcare providers, and colleagues to ensure a superior client experience.
- Product Knowledge: You will gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Sales and Service: You will conduct sales calls, deliver products, and assemble them on-site, ensuring that our clients receive the best service possible.
- Relationship Building: You will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities, providing ongoing support even after the initial sale.
- Documentation: You will track sales leads and client information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records.
- Proposals and Plans: You will create business proposals and Customer Value Plans, identifying opportunities to enhance our clients' experiences with our products.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a customer-facing sales and service role.
- Skills in assembling, building, or repairing products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various client locations.
- A clean criminal background check and bondable status.
