Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant

Napoleon is a leading manufacturer of home comfort products, and we're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on all Napoleon products and communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices using our software system.
  • Conduct home pre-inspects and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as submitting detailed pictures, layouts, and measure-ups for installs.
  • Represent Napoleon at trade shows, home shows, and special events.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Product knowledge (Fireplace, HVAC, and Grills) is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Proven negotiating skills.
  • Ability to travel out of town as required and support varying shifts.
