Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 2765294 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our food service operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data and labour costs to determine optimal staffing levels and ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure that our food service department is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Balance Cash and Complete Financial Reports: Manage our cash handling procedures and prepare financial reports to ensure that our department is operating within budget.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and customers.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
