We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 2765294 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, monitoring revenues, and ensuring staff performance meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily tasks, and ensure smooth execution of our food service operations.
- Financial Management: Monitor revenues, determine labour costs, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Staff Management: Supervise staff, train staff, and set staff work schedules to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Permanent position
- 30 to 35 hours per week
- Work Language: English
