Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Monitor revenues and labour costs to make informed decisions about staffing and resource allocation.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
