Job Overview

First Truck Centre is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers, book appointments, and schedule repairs.
  • Create estimates and invoices for services rendered.
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by our technicians.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on work performed.
  • Explain all work performed and charges to customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using computer systems and scheduling tools.
  • Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.
