Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks to project delivery.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze project performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in field engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in project planning, execution, and quality assurance.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent certification.
