About the Role

Eclipse Automation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and collaborating with customers and project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with customers and project teams to create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee and manage project schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation across project teams.
  • Monitor project scope and communicate changes effectively to project teams, ensuring alignment with contract modifications.
  • Work closely with applications and department managers to review new projects, allocating appropriate budgets and resources.

Requirements

  • An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a project management role within the custom automation industry.
  • Knowledge of structuring resource planning, managing budgets and revenue expectations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset.
