Project Manager - Automation Solutions

Eclipse Automation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our project management team. Reporting to the PMO Manager, the successful candidate will oversee project schedules, ensure optimal resource allocation, and direct project scope to meet profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely delivery and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with customers and project teams to create and maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor project scope and communicate changes effectively to project teams.
  • Work closely with applications and department managers to review new projects and allocate appropriate budgets and resources.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a project management role within the custom automation industry.
  • Knowledge of structuring resource planning, managing budgets, and revenue expectations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset.
