Project Manager – RedevelopmentWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of long-term care redevelopment and capital expenditure (Capex) projects. The successful candidate will possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage with design professionals and consultants while effectively directing construction personnel.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior management to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive work plans that outline activities, resources, and timelines for successful project completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, design drawings, and specifications to ensure projects adhere to established standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Conduct regular quality reviews to ensure projects meet Southbridge's high standards.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, providing updates on project status and key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in construction project management, planning, and execution.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, budgeting applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
