Are you a meticulous and technology-oriented professional with a drive for enhancing business operations? We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesforce Platform Specialist to take on a pivotal role. In this position, you will oversee and improve our Salesforce system to ensure it aligns with the changing demands of our sales division. You will work closely with various teams to implement creative solutions, optimize workflows, and provide user support. If you excel in a dynamic environment and have a solid history of utilizing Salesforce to propel business success, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expertise in defining and delivering Salesforce solutions that fulfill business requirements.
  • Design and configure Salesforce setups following industry best practices.
  • Implement configuration best practices in the current setup.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on all processes and configurations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with Salesforce projects.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain Salesforce security protocols.
  • Actively contribute to the development of a Salesforce managed package.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce certification is required, with multiple certifications preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in administration.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, best practices, and business processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of advanced Salesforce configuration tools (e.g., flows).
  • Experience in developing Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, Visualforce pages, and components.
  • Experience in creating Managed packages and patch releases is a plus.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in collaborating and negotiating with Senior Executives.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.

  • Absorb LMS, Salesforce (Lightning, Sales Cloud, DataLoader, Developer Console), Zoom, MS Office, Zuora, Conga, Docusign, Zendesk, Jira.
