As a part of Booking Holdings, Inc., we support various venues globally, ensuring they thrive in attracting guests and maximizing their operations.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager - Business Optimization, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and enhancing OpenTable's Salesforce architecture.
- Supporting the Global Sales & Services team in utilizing Salesforce effectively.
- Collaborating across multiple departments including Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Finance.
- Customizing the Salesforce instance to align with business needs.
- Providing support to remote Sales and Services team members who depend on Salesforce for customer interactions.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in Lightning.
- Expertise in managing feature requests and creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ability to implement advanced automations to address complex business challenges.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and their operational impacts.
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for implementing technical solutions that enhance employee efficiency.
Preferred Certifications:
Candidates with the following certifications will be favored:
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
- Business Administration Specialist.
- Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist.
- Process Automation Specialist.
