  • Administer Salesforce CRM: access and security management, configuration management, report and dashboard creation, data maintenance, etc
  • Identify and track system problems through to resolution
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity in Salesforce
  • Create and maintain user support materials
  • Advise, guide and train users to maximize adoption and effective use of Salesforce based on best practices
  • Work closely with all Salesforce Experts in the various Soucy subsidiaries
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities
  • Connect various technology tools (e.g. CRM, ERP, HR, Payroll, etc.) using the Boomi integration platform
