Position Overview
The Senior Salesforce Specialist will oversee and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring its configuration, upkeep, and ongoing refinement to align with our operational workflows.

In this capacity, you will work closely with cross-departmental teams to comprehend their needs and create technical solutions. You will also execute CRM strategies aimed at boosting efficiency, productivity, and user engagement, while offering support, troubleshooting, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and sustain our Salesforce environment, focusing on user management, security protocols, and data accuracy.
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, which may include custom objects, flows, and Lightning components.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that fulfill business objectives.
  • Conduct regular data audits, deduplication, and cleanup to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automated processes to deliver actionable insights and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, integrations, and functionality.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, proactively suggesting enhancements and optimizations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they maximize Salesforce capabilities.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems and AppExchange applications for our Go-to-Market teams.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce system limits and best practices to develop simple, adaptable solutions with scalability in mind.
  • Strong grasp of application lifecycle and release management processes, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
