Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Thomson Foods Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise production staff in packaging duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend and implement measures to increase productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or packaging role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic production setting
Working Conditions
