Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Thomson Foods Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise production staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and schedule activities of production staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with production staff, management, and other departments
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting
