Production Packaging Lead

As a Packaging Operations Supervisor at Thomson Foods Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the packaging processes within our food production facility. Your leadership will ensure that our packaging operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food processing sector
This position is set in a fast-paced food processing industry, where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Train and mentor staff in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Compile and analyze production reports to enhance operational efficiency.
- Propose strategies to boost productivity and improve product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members.
- Develop methods to meet production schedules and collaborate with other departments.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain workflow.
You will oversee a team of process control and machine operators within the food and beverage processing sector.
Work Conditions- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Must thrive in a high-pressure environment.
