Key Responsibilities- Train and mentor staff in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Compile and prepare production reports and other necessary documentation.
- Propose strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members.
- Develop methods to meet production schedules and align work activities with other departments.
- Order and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
You will oversee process control and machine operators within the food and beverage processing area.
