Job Summary:The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, including delegating work to office support staff and establishing work priorities.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
The Office Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
