Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our Agile project team, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate Scrum activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives;
  • Standardize and implement Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication;
  • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage project scope, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Attend project meetings and represent the Agile team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration;
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Scrum Master or similar roles;
  • Proven experience in Agile project coordination and facilitation;
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and project management tools;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Bilingual in French and English, with proficiency in written and spoken language.
