Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team alignment, and driving process improvements. If you are a motivated and collaborative individual with a passion for Agile methodologies, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Ensure team alignment and collaboration, promoting a culture of open communication and transparency
  • Drive process improvements, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to enhance team efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, providing guidance and support to ensure successful adoption
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain Scrum artifacts, including sprint backlogs and product roadmaps
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective team collaboration
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing change
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with Agile tools and software
  • Fluency in English and French
