We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Pixsense. As a key member of our Agile squad, you will play a vital role in driving our continuous improvement journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • Guide the development team and Product Owner in implementing Scrum principles, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress, promoting a smooth workflow and efficient delivery.
  • Empower the team to deliver high-quality increments, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure open communication and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced Scrum certification (A-CSM, CSP-SM) is a significant asset.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
