Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Simsak Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including cash handling, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
