Retail Store Manager

We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, manage merchandise displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
