We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales floor staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Merchandise and Inventory
    • Order and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that sales targets are met.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Work Environment

The Retail Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods is required.
