Retail Store Manager

Mr. Lube #111 - Barrie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns and exchanges, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
