Role Overview

Are you enthusiastic about driving retail performance, especially in the fresh food sector? We are seeking a committed Fresh Food Operations Coordinator to partner with leading retailers, ensuring maximum sales and profitability while upholding exceptional standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training initiatives for retail teams focused on fresh food management
  • Assess and mentor retail teams to improve their effectiveness in fresh food operations
  • Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Keep abreast of market trends in fresh food categories
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards
  • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and team members
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements
  • Provide on-site assistance and training to retail teams
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow trainers and retail staff
  • Commit to delivering superior fresh food operations
  • Exemplify leadership and cultivate a positive team environment

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail fresh food sectors
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Demonstrated success in fresh food retail
  • Ability to adapt and embrace innovative approaches
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms
  • Valid driver's license for travel purposes
