- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize stockouts.
- Supply Chain Management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices and terms.
- Leadership and Supervision
- Lead and instruct a team of 5-10 individuals to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Planning
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
