About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Burrito. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Hire food service staff
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment
    • Work under pressure
    • Tight deadlines
