Senior Market Development Lead

Molson Coors is seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Market Development Managers in the field and the Internal Sales Team (IST) in Creemore.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve commercial objectives in the assigned market.
  • Lead and manage a team of Market Development Managers and IST to ensure delivery of business plans and execution standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales and key account management in the direct sales sector or through direct in-store sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel management and team leadership.
  • Experience in alcohol/beverage or packaged goods preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field.
Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Results-driven and able to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
