Job Title: Director of Cardiac Imaging

The University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine is seeking a highly qualified Director of Cardiac Imaging to lead our National Cardiac PET Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the centre's operations, ensuring high-quality imaging for patient care and cutting-edge research initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of physicians, imaging scientists, nurses, and technologists
  • Ensure ongoing excellence and growth in cardiac imaging for patient care and research
  • Develop and implement research initiatives and peer-reviewed grants
  • Collaborate with the Cardiac Imaging Program to advance clinical and research interfaces
Qualifications
  • FRCPC certification in Cardiology (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 fellowship training in Nuclear Cardiology
  • Member of the Canadian Medical Protective Association (or eligible)
  • Eligible to practice medicine in Ontario
