Job Description

Magnet Search Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team and lead business development efforts in the Wholesale & Small Retail Chain segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve profitable sales growth within various wholesale customers and small chain retailers.
  • Establish business relationships, work with customers to develop account plans and priorities.
  • Drive product distribution, product display, and overall incremental volume at various retail outlets.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, acting professionally as the face of the organization at a head office level.
  • Review sales data and apply knowledge of the territory to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ensure that all authorized items are in distribution at retail stores.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years CPG sales experience in the retail grocery industry in Canada.
  • Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/Customer Data) is preferred.
  • Working with wholesale customers is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer technologies (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
