Position Overview

A & Sons Corporation is seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our retail environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

The position is based in a dynamic retail setting where you will engage with customers and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet company standards.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for merchandise.
  • Authorize product returns and handle customer inquiries.
  • Create and maintain employee work schedules.
  • Drive sales by actively selling merchandise.
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and supply challenges.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management processes.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of approximately 3-4 individuals, including cashiers and stock clerks.

  • Physical demands include handling heavy loads and a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
