- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Team Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales floor staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
