Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment
The role is set within a dynamic retail business where the supervisor will be responsible for managing a team.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales associates
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Manage inventory orders and returns
- Set work schedules for team members
- Engage in sales activities
- Compile reports regarding sales performance and staff matters
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain organized inventory systems
- Supervise and coordinate team activities
The supervisor will oversee a team of 3-4 individuals, including cashiers and stock clerks.
