Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will encompass:
  • Providing primary care and managing a range of health conditions.
  • Overseeing health and illness absence management.

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Nursing and a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Certification in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Minimum of two years of recent experience in Occupational Health within an acute healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health principles and relevant legislation.
  • Knowledge of Communicable Disease Surveillance Protocols is preferred.
  • Experience in managing disability claims and transitional work programs is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Occupational Health Computer Systems is preferred.
  • Experience in health promotion and wellness initiatives is an advantage.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a valuable asset.
